This is a Cirque du Soleil stage production which is based at the Venetian Macao on the Cotai strip Macau. The show lasts for 90 minutes  and has over 75 artists from around the world.and opened in August 2008. The show is directed by Neilson Vignola and Gilles Maheu. The theatre can seat 1,800 in a singlle show. The name Zaia comes come a greek word meaning life which is also reminiscent of Gaia, the self aware, living spirit of Earth.

The storyline is about a young girls perception of space and afinity and  the stars and the planets which includes large amount of out of this world creatures.
